Normally we see top brands moving to beautiful workplaces, nicely done with creative work areas, colourful decor, a variety of work desks, and cool break out areas. All this is being done to ensure that the employees enjoy the workplace, stay engaged and are able to contribute their best.
Even the upcoming shared office providers and co-working spaces have adopted best in class standards to ensure that the individual business owners, freelancers, start-up teams, and the corporate teams operating from their premises enjoy the workplace.
And here comes the toilet ?
The trend of having cool offices, cool cafeteria has been visible for a quite a few years now, however we have not seen many businesses showing off their toilets.
In a first, we get to see the boss at one the leading Indian conglomerate tweeting about the toilets at their new premises. It’s a change from just talking about office spaces, cafeteria, coffee machines, and office plan.
Harsh Goenka, the chairman of RPG enterprises shared a tweet last week expressing his thoughts and views on the message that toilets convey about a company’s culture.
