5Paisa Capital has appointed Vikrant Birajdar as the Head of Human Resources. He will report to Prakarsh Gagdani, CEO, 5Paisa.
Birajdar brings with him over 16 years of experience in managing the HR function across reputed organisations and industries. Prior to joining 5Paisa Capital, Birajdar was working as Head – HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition and Organisation Development at Kotak Securities.
Previously, he had served as Head HR – Retail Capital Market at Motilal Oswal Financial Services; Chief HR – Global Wealth Management at Edelweiss Financial Services; Head – HR at Tata Housing JV; DGM – HR at Lodha Group; and HR Business Partner at Lehman Brothers.
Vikrant Birajdar, Head – Human Resources, 5Paisa Capital, said, “As the Head of Human Resources, I will oversee all aspects of HR Management with primary focus on aligning our HR strategies with the broader business objectives.”
According to Birajdar, his top priorities will include attracting top talent, fostering employee development and engagement, and implementing performance management systems that drive excellence and productivity at 5Paisa.
