ABB India Limited announced the appointment of Sunil Laxman Naik as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective October 6, 2021.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today i.e., on October 6, 2021 has appointed Mr. Sunil Laxman Naik (ACS 15414) as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, effective October 6, 2021.”
Sunil Laxman Naik, is a qualified Company Secretary. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI) holding Membership No. 15414, the statement said.
He joined ABB India Limited, in October 2015 and has more than 19 years’ experience in the areas of Secretarial and Legal matters, the company added.
