According to the company’s exchange filing, “We refer to our earlier communication dated December 19, 2023, wherein the Company had informed the Stock Exchange regarding resignation of Mr Vivek V Kamath (DIN: 06606777) as Managing Director and Director of the Company, effective close of business hours of March 18, 2024, to pursue other opportunities outside the Company.”
