Accolite Digital, a provider of cloud and digital product engineering services across industries, has appointed Rajesh Balasubramanian as Head of People and Culture, India. Balasubramanian will report to Co-CEO Ketan Somani.
In his new role, Balasubramanian will head the HR and Talent Acquisition functions for India. He will be pivotal in designing and driving the best-in-class people practices for Accolite, as the company plans to scale its staff strength from 1,700 people to 5,000 people over the next three years.
Balasubramanian carries more than 25 years of experience working in manufacturing, information technology and services industries, in roles spanning multiple tracks, including Sales, Software Delivery Management and Human Resources.
Prior to joining Accolite, Balasubramanian was Global Head – Talent Acquisition Enablement Services at Cognizant where he worked for 16 years leading various HR operations. He has also worked at Paccar Financial, CGI and Ness Technologies.
Balasubramanian holds a BE degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras.
