Adani Green Energy Chief Financial officer (CFO) Ashish Garg has resigned with immediate effect. The announcement was made in the company’s exchange filing.
Adani Green Energy, an Adani Group firm, is one of the largest renewable energy company, with a current project portfolio of 5,290 MW.
Ashish, is a senior finance professional having over 17 years of experience across renewable energy, metal & mining and oil & gas industries. Prior to Adani Green Energy, he was with Skeiron Renewable Energy as CFO. Earlier he has worked with Vedanta Resources , as Head – Corporate Finance, and Essar Oil. He is a Chartered Accountant ( 1998 Batch).
