According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., June 16, 2023, have approved the appointment of Mr. Anandu Vithal Nayak as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from June 17, 2023.”
Anandu Vithal Nayak, 47 years, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He has over 20 years of professional experience in the domains of Financial Reporting, Internal Financial Controls, Internal Audit, Corporate Taxation, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Indirect Taxation, Merger & Acquisitions etc. He has worked with Wipro Infrastructure Engineering Limited, Himatsingka Seide Limited, V S Dempo Holdings Private Limited, Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited and CommScope.
