PNB Housing Finance announced the appointment of Amit Singh as Chief People Officer. Prior to this role, Singh headed HR department in SBI Mutual Fund.
Singh brings in 18 years of experience in building performance led, competitive teams for the successful functioning in fast growing organisations. Before SBI Mutual Fund, he was Director & Business HR Head at IDFC Bank and had stints with companies like TCS and Blue Star InfoTech.
As a key member of PNB Housing’s leadership team, Singh will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation’s growth and will be responsible for managing manpower strategy for the company, according to a statement.
Singh will lead the HR function, which includes talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development, coaching, capability building, performance & reward strategy, HR digital strategy, people-centric organisational development, and sustaining an inclusive work culture for business growth, the statement said.
