Educational Initiatives (EI), the Ahmedabad-based edtech company, announced it has roped in Anand Prakash as its senior vice-president for the consumer business.
In this new role, Prakash will be responsible for driving consumer business for the company by driving customer acquisition and revenue through online and offline channels.
Prakash is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Ahmedabad, having 18 years of industry experience. Prior to this role, Prakash was the co-founder and COO of Datawrkz, a digital marketing and adtech company, where he built a profitable venture with footprints across India, Singapore and the US.
Earlier, Prakash had worked with investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Bank of America, managing technology teams and developing high-performance trading platforms for equity, derivatives and fixed income products.
