Aptia, a pensions, health and benefits administrator, announced the appointment of Roopa Abraham Kochhar as its Chief People Officer, according to ETHRWorld report.
With about 20 years of experience in human resources, Kochhar will be responsible for building Aptia’s People team and its capabilities in UK, US, India and Portugal, according to a statement.
Prior to joining Aptia, Kochhar was associated with Allianz Group in Munich in various HR leadership roles. Previously, she worked at Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) India as Director – HR. Kochhar started her career with Allianz’s greenfield JV in India.
