Graviton Research Capital, a high frequency trading (HFT) company, announced the appointment of Ashish Banga as its Chief People Officer.
Banga comes with 17 years of experience in various facets of human resources such as organisation design, strategic workforce planning, talent management; change management, employee engagement initiatives, capability development, talent acquisition and corporate social responsibility, across FMCG, Consumer-tech, IT, Aviation and Retail sectors.
Prior to this role, Banga was associated with Vishal Mega Mart (Airplaza Retail Holdings) as CHRO. Previously, he worked at organisations like OYO, Indigo, Coca-Cola, Genpact and HCL Technologies.
