Mr. Balachander brings with him over 20 years of rich experience in the field of HR – with leading brands. He had started his career with Taj Group of Hotels, and subsequently was associated with the Aditya Birla Group. In is last role he was the Chief People Officer for Aditya Birla Nuvo.
