According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Abhishek Kumar has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company (designated as the Group Chief Executive Officer) with effect from closing of business hours on June 15, 2023, due to personal reasons.”
