In a BSE release, the company said, “The company would like to inform that, Ms. Basava S R Priyanka has taken on the chair of Chief Financial Officer of Nihar Info Global Limited on 19 December 2019 subject to the approval in the upcoming board meeting of Nihar Info Global Limited.”
The company in its exchange filing also said that “We would like to inform the exchange about the change in the Chief Financial Officer of the company. The previous CFO, Ms. Ravulakollu Lavanya has resigned from the service of Chief Financial Officer of Nihar Info Global Limited on 18 December 2019.”
