Sasken Technologies Ltd. announced the appointment of Edwin Moses as President and Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. He will be reporting to Chairman, Managing Director & CEO Rajiv C Mody.
In his new role, Edwin will assume responsibility for Worldwide Sales, Global Delivery, Practice & R&D, Marketing, and other business enabling functions.
“Edwin is an accomplished industry leader who has driven and executed global growth & transformation initiatives in complex markets and operating environments,” said Rajiv C Mody, Chairman, Managing Director & CEO, Sasken. “We believe his strong track record of driving strategic alignment and accountability, also championing operational excellence across the organization, will lead our concerted efforts to grow multi‐year, sustainable revenue streams. Edwin will drive this transformation from here on,” added Rajiv C Mody.

Edwin brings 35+ years of deep cross‐functional leadership experience across a diverse array of markets and industries. Till recently, he was with the Oracle Corporation as the Group Vice President for FSGBU Consulting business. In his earlier stint with Sasken, he led the Worldwide Marketing and Sales for the company’s Products Division between 2001–08.
Sasken is a specialist in Product Engineering and Digital Transformation, providing concept‐to‐market, chip‐to‐cognition R&D services to global leaders in Semiconductor, Automotive, Industrials, Consumer Electronics, Enterprise Devices, SatCom, and Transportation industries.
Established in 1989, Sasken employs around 1,600 people, operating from state‐of‐the‐art centers in Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, and Kolkata (India), Kaustinen and Tampere (Finland), Detroit (USA), and München (Germany). Sasken also has a presence across Japan and the UK.
