Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited announced the appointment of Aditya Prasad Sahu as an Independent Director to its Board, effective 29th December, 2021.
According to the exchange filing, “it is informed that Shri Aditya Prasad Sahu has been appointed as Independent Director on the Board of BHEL w.e.f. 29.12.2021, for a period of three years, from the date of notification of his appointment (23.12.2021), or until further orders, whichever is earlier.”
Aditya Prasad Sahu is a post graduate in Commerce from Ranchi University. His area of specialization includes Finance and Administration. He is having vast experience of more than 30 years in Teaching and was lecturer of R.T.C. College, Ranchi for the period from 1989 to 2004 and Vice principal of R.T.C. College, Ranchi from 2005 to 2019. Presently. he is holding Directorship in Chinnamastika Infra Realty Private Limited.
