Bosch India Limited announced the appointment of Divya Ajith as Compliance Officer, effective September 24, 2021. Rajesh D. Parte, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, has resigned from the role, effective immediately.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “the Board of Directors has accorded its approval for appointment of Ms. Divya Ajith as the Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. September 24, 2021 till the appointment of Company Secretary of the Company.”
“We wish to inform that Mr. Rajesh D. Parte has resigned from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company effective from September 24, 2021. The resignation has been accepted by the Board of Directors by resolution passed by circulation today,” the filing added.
Divya Ajith, is a qualified Company Secretary. She is a member of The Institute of Company Secretary of India. She joined Bosch Limited on March 10, 2021 and has more than 10 years’ experience with listed companies.
