Bridgestone India, a tyre and rubber company, has appointed Namita Bhalerao as its Head of Talent Acquisition, according to ETHRWorld report.
With almost a decade of experience in the field of HR, Bhalerao has expertise in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Creating HR Policies & Procedures, and MIS Reporting.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Talent Acquisition at Bridgestone India!” wrote Bhalerao in a LinkedIn post.
Prior to this role, Bhalerao was working as Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition at Rieter India. Before that she worked as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Piaggio Group. She has also worked at Magna Steyr India, MWV India and Piaggio Vehicles.
Bhalerao holds a Master’s degree in HRM/Personnel Administration from Prin N G Naralkar Institute of Career Development & Research.
