NBFC Capri Global Capital Limited (CGCL) announced the appointment of Vivek Jain as Chief Human Resource Officer of the company, with effect from February 21, 2024.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Mr. Vivek Jain is appointed as the Chief Human Resource Officer, being part of Senior Management, w.e.f February 21, 2024 (Other disclosures and brief profile attached as Annexure – I).”
Vivek is a distinguished leader in the HR realm, having over two decades of industry expertise and a visionary outlook on managing talent. With a rich background spanning diverse sectors such as pharma, ITES, and banking, Vivek has consistently delivered transformative solutions that elevate organisational success.
During his tenure at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Vivek has spearheaded numerous strategic HR initiatives, championing employee retention and execution excellence. His adept leadership during critical junctures like mergers and acquisitions has earned him acclaim for his ability to navigate complexities with finesse, ensuring seamless transitions and sustained growth.
Before Kotak, Vivek worked with organisations like Genpact and Lupin Pharmaceuticals.
At CGCL, Vivek will play a critical role in the organisation’s success by overseeing all aspects of Human Capital Management, and he will work closely with the leadership team to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
Vivek is pursuing his Doctorate in Human Resource Development. He earned a gold medal in Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi. He is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Mr. Vivek is also a member of the CII National Committee on Skill Development and Livelihood, since 2019.
