White Organic Agro Limited announced the appointment of Charmi Jobalia as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, effective January 05, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “The Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held on January OS, 2022, on recommendation of NRC, have considered, noted and respectively approved the appointment of Ms. Charmi Jobalia (ACS: 52467) as Company Secretary (KMP) & Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect.”
Charmi Jobalia is a commerce graduate and an Associate Member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India. She is young and has experience in Secretarial, Governance and Compliance functions, the statement said.
Earlier she has also been part of E-commerce Industry and has overall experience of over 6 years. She has worked with the Group in earlier as well and has briefly served on as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. She has previously worked with different organization and has cross-functional experience in areas of Secretarial and Compliance.
