Coforge appoints Mary Beth Boucher to its Board

Coforge Limited announced the appointment of Mary Beth Boucher as Additional and Independent Director, with effect from May 7, 2022.

According to the company’s exchange filing, “This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company vide its circular resolution dated May 07, 2022, appointed Ms. Mary Beth Boucher (DIN : 09595668) as an Additional Director and Independent Director on the Board of the Company to hold office for a term of 2 (two) years from May 07, 2022 to May 06, 2024 at mutually agreed terms and conditions, subject to approval of the shareholders.”

Mary Beth Boucher is the former Global CIO of SiriusPoint where she had the responsibility of driving the company’s global digital transformation strategy.

SiriusPoint is an NYSE listed leading global insurance and reinsurance Company. Her role as a CIO incorporated accountability for all global technology domains including cyber security, enterprise architecture, application development, data and analytics, research & innovation, and infrastructure operations.

Beth’s overall experience as a technology executive spans multiple industries including top 5 Consulting (Accenture), outsourcing (CSC), global M&A (Pfizer) and global operations (Pfizer, Travelers, SiriusPoint). She is currently also serving as a Non-Executive Director on the board of Omaha National Insurance Company.
