Cushman & Wakefield appoints Sanjay Dutt as Executive Managing Director, South Asia

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Sanjay Dutt (ex JLL executive) as Executive Managing Director (South Asia).  In his new role Sanjay , will be leading the businesses India operations, and would also lead the strategy for other South Asian markets – Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal.

Sanjay succeeds Anurag Mathur in this role. In his new role he will be a part of Cushman & Wakefield’s regional Executive Leadership Council. The Executive Leadership Council is responsible for strategy formulation and oversees business across Asia Pacific. 

Sanjay joins Cushman & Wakefield from Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) , where he was the Business-CEO since 2008. Prior to JLL he was associated with Cushman & Wakefield for about 7 years, and had left as JMD to join JLL. He has over 20 years of experience as a real estate professional and entrepreneur. On his exit from JLL, he along with Nipun Sahni (ex PE Head Merrill Lynch India) , had set up a realty fund. It is learnt that he would continue to be on board of the company.
