According to the company’s exchange filing, “The Company vide its letter dated January 31, 2022, has intimated the appointment of Mr. Madan Mohan Singh as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from January 31, 2022, in place of Mr. Sankaranarayanan V.V., who has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from January 31, 2022.”
