With over seven years of experience specializing in US immigration, Neha brings aboard her understanding of working with a diverse set of clients. In her previous capacity, she worked with the London-based US immigration law practice TL Brill Parisi as an Associate Attorney. During her employment, she was responsible for catering to clients on all matters, from developing case strategies to streamlining the case management process, which includes advising on the strengths and weaknesses of the client’s petitions, supporting them by explaining the different phases of the application process. Before working with TL Brill Parisi, she worked as an Attorney Law Clerk at the US Attorney’s Office – Eastern District of New York in Brooklyn, New York.
Neha has a master of laws from Kings College London and she is admitted to practice in New York. Currently based in London, she commands expertise in employment-based US immigration law, advising executives, department heads, and HR managers on US visa and green card eligibility for foreign national employees. At Davies & Associates, LLC, she will be a part of their London team and will primarily cater to the immigration needs of their Indian clients pertaining to L1, E2, and EB-5 visas.
The L-1 visa is used by Indian entrepreneurs and business owners seeking to expand operations to the United States, while the EB-5 investor visa is popular with Indian parents seeking advantages for their children when it comes to studying and working in the United States. The E-2 visa offers the opportunity to establish a business in the United States, but Indians must first obtain citizenship of an E-2 country. Davies & Associates has a history of helping Indians obtain Grenada Citizenship by Investment coupled with an E-2 Visa.
