Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance announced the appointment of Saba Adil as its Chief Human Resource Officer, according to ETHRWorld report.
In this role, Adil will be responsible for driving the organisation’s People strategy, and work closely with the leadership team to attract, develop and retain talent to build an inclusive, growth-oriented culture, according to a statement.
Adil comes with 25 years of experience in HR and has additionally handled business roles in Operations, Customer Service, Risk and Marketing.
Before Edelweiss Tokio Life, Adil held leadership positions at Raheja QBE GI, Avanse Financial Services, Aegon Life Insurance, and MGL.
