Eicher Motors Limited announced the appointment of Vidhya Srinivasan as Chief Financial Officer of the company, with effect from November 18, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform you that Ms. Vidhya Srinivasan has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and a Key Managerial Personnel of Eicher Motors Limited w.e.f. November 18, 2022.”
Vidhya Srinivasan is a qualified Chartered Accountant (1993) and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad (1997). She completed her Bachelor of Commerce from University of Madras (1990).
Srinivasan has 24+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Business Planning, Legal and Commercial functions. She last worked with Bata India Limited as Director-Finance and Chief Financial Officer. With Bata, her focus was on financial planning, overall governance & compliance and profitable business expansion.
Prior to joining Bata, she had worked with Puma Sports India Pvt. Ltd. as Executive Director – Finance, Legal & IT and Chief Financial Officer. At Puma (2014-2020), she was part of the management team driving enterprise growth and new business opportunities. Her focus was on digital growth opportunities, streamlining commercial processes and technology initiatives. In her earlier stints, she worked with reputed organizations like Aditya Birla Retail Limited, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited, Kearney at various senior positions.
