New Delhi-based wellness company Vahdam India has appointed Mohit Bajaj as its new Chief Financial Officer. He will report to Bala Sarda, Founder and CEO of Vahdam India.
Established in 2015, Vahdam Teas have been shipped to 80 countries with USA, Russia & Europe being it’s top markets.
In his new role, Bajaj will look after the entire strategic finance function including accounts, finance and legal for Vahdam India.
Bajaj comes with almost 20 years of experience in finance strategy and was previously the CFO at fintech firm LendingKart. He specialises in corporate finance, business planning, investor relations, treasury management, core accounting and diverse industry verticals.
He has also had previous stints with Religare Macquarie Wealth Management, Fullerton Securities & Wealth Advisors, Actis Global Services, Fortis Healthcare, and Dixon in various capacities.

With our operations spread globally, we were looking for a leader to help us get ready for the next stage of our business lifecycle, and we look forward to Mohit setting up the company for financial and regulatory structures, and building a strong finance team,” Sarda said.
