Lenovo has announced the appointment of Bhavya Misra as Chief Human Resources Officer for India, according to ET report. She will be based out of Bengaluru and will be responsible for leading HR for the India business.
With over 13 years of experience, Bhavya has worked with a wide variety of HR and talent functions like Business Partnering, Organization Restructuring, Talent Acquisition, Manufacturing Plant Management, and Diversity and Inclusion, according to a statement.
Bhavya has worked across a wide variety of business models like COBO, Franchise, Retail and across India, Nepal, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh.
Most recently, Bhavya served PepsiCo as the HR Director – Finance, Commercial & IT – Africa, Middle-East & South Asia. She also worked with Bharti Walmart in the talent management space.

Bhavya has completed her MBA from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and is a Physics graduate from St Stephen’s College, Delhi University.
