Global Vectra directors Swati Rishi, Bhaskarudu resign

Global Vectra Helicorp Ltd (GVHL), a company under the Vectra Group, which has been quite in news recently due to a CBI probe in connection with the sourcing of Tatra trucks to the Indian armed forces, has received resignation from two of its directors.

The company announced today that R S S L N Bhaskarudu has resigned as director with effect from May 1 while the resignation of the other director Swati Rishi was effective from May 4.

GVHL is a part of the Vectra Group of companies led by Ravi Rishi. It is engaged in Aviation, Heavy engineering, Real estate, Information and technology and Security systems.

As per the Vectra Group website, with the collaboration between Indocopters and Global Vectra Helicorp the Vectra Group is operating and maintaining more than 50 helicopters making it the largest commercial helicopter group in India.

The Vectra Group, which is the largest shareholder in Tatra Holdings owning Czech truck manufacturer Tatra, is facing CBI probe for allegedly supplying Tatra trucks at exorbitant price to the Indian Army.
