Mondelez International, a branded food and beverage company, has appointed Hargovind Adhikari, former Talent, Performance, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor at Citi India, as Global People Lead RDQ (Beverages, Gums, Candy and Meals) and AMEA RDQ People Lead.
In his new role, Adhikari will work with the global business leaders in the US as well as the key stakeholders in the Asia, Middle East, and Africa region.
Adhikari was an intern at Ernst & Young before joining Aon Hewitt as Consultant in 2008. He was later made Senior Consultant making his all-round journey at the outsourcing company of more than two years.
As the senior consultant, he worked with and assisted various clients in India as well as abroad over a range of HR interventions, including HR Strategy Formulation, Organisation Structuring, Design of Corporate Balanced Scorecards, Design & Implementation of Performance Management Systems, among others.
Adhikari joined Citi in 2010 as HR Generalist (Business Partner). After working in multiple roles, he became Talent, Performance, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor in 2019 and completed his over 10 years at the financial services multinational company.
Adhikari holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Management & Labour Relations from TISS, and a certificate in TA – 101 Course from ITAA – International Transactional Analysis Association.
