Havells India has appointed Preemita Singh as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, according to ETHRWorld report.
Singh comes with almost 20 years of rich and diverse experience of leading HR functions and managing people & business objectives in domestic as well as global settings across BFSI, IT and consulting sectors.
She has also worked extensively on HR transformation, unleashing productivity, nurturing capability, building leadership, enabling a learning culture and driving transformation through the effective use of HR technology.
Singh was also involved in assisting businesses in organisation design and restructuring, integration of HR practices in M&A situations, driving enterprise HR agenda in Group Businesses, defining and executing an effective talent strategy, strengthening employer brand and designing progressive HR policies.
Prior to joining Havells India, Singh was working as CHRO at Hero Fincorp. She has also worked as Group HR Head at ICRA; Head – Organisation & Staffing, Talent Acquisition & Management – India at Max; Head – Capability Building, M&IB Technology at RBS; Head of Marketing Centre of Excellence & Communications at CSC; Consultant at EY and HR – Management Trainee at Thermax.
Singh holds a PGDM in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
