Heavy electrical equipment company Hitachi Energy India Limited announced the appointment of Neha Ahluwalia as Head of Human Resources of the company, with effect from October 18, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “Ms. Neha Ahluwalia is appointed as Head of Human Resources function of the Company with effect from October 18, 2023.”
Neha joins Hitachi Energy from ABB where she has been with the organization for over 15 years with responsibilities ranging from HR Business Partner to Global HR leadership roles, with large scale global transformation projects and also setting up Global Business services for ABB in Asia, Middle East Africa. She has over 17 years of extensive experience and her expertise spans across HR functions, including talent development, organizational culture, diversity and inclusion, and strategic workforce planning.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from College of Science, Udaipur and a Master’s in HR from ICFAI University, Hyderabad.
