Gujarat Natural Resources Limited announced the appointment of Hitesh Donga as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) to the company’ Board, effective February 28, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “kindly take a note that Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Monday, 28th February, 2022 appointed Mr. Hitesh Donga (DIN: 03393396) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Director Category) of the Company w.e.f. 28th February, 2022.”
Hitesh Donga, aged 37 years has vast knowledge and varied experience in Accounts and Taxation. His knowledge and experience can transform the business model and strengthen the organizational roots and will help the Company in taking important decision in the interest of the Company, the statement said.
