Karnataka Bank appoints Raghuram H S as Chief Risk Officer

Karnataka Bank Limited announced the appointment of Raghuram H S, Deputy General Manager, as Chief Risk Officer, with effect from June 8, 2022.

According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Bank has designated Mr. Raghuram HS, Deputy General Manager, as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of the Bank effective from June 8, 2022, in place of Mr. Ramesh S, in terms of RBI Circular DBR.BP.BC.No.65/21.04.103/2016-17 dated April 27, 2017.”

Raghuram is an experienced finance professional with over 22 years providing expertise in Risk Management, Solution Architecture, Data Modelling and process integration, Foreign Exchange across Banking & Financial Institutions, Capital Markets, Derivatives (Both INR and FX) Risk management and Structured Products( Both INR & FX).
