According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulations 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that Ms. Namrata Ashok Chotrani, has tendered her resignation from the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company citing personal reasons.”
