KPIT, a global leader in automotive software and mobility solutions, has elevated Shashwat K Mitra as the new Global Head of Human Resources.
An alumnus of XLRI, Mitra began his association with KPIT in June 2022 as the head of human resources – India, Asia and Strategic Initiatives.
“It is with great enthusiasm that I announce my transition into the position of Global Head of Human Resources at KPIT. This appointment represents an opportunity to drive strategic global talent priorities of transformational impact to business, and contribute to the vision of “Reimagining Mobility with you for creation of a cleaner, safer and smarter world,” wrote Mitra in a Linkedin post.

Before joining KPIT, Mitra was working as Director – Human Resources at AppDirect. Cummins, Eaton, and Mahindra Rise are other organistaions where he worked previously in various capacities.
