Luminous Power Technologies, a leading energy storage solutions provider in India, announced the appointment of Shikha Gupta as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), according to ETHRWorld report.
She will report to Preeti Bajaj, CEO and Managing Director, Luminous Power Technologies.
In this new role, Gupta will spearhead the human resource function, and build the people function to effectively support the overall business plan and growth of the company. Additionally, she will also be in-charge of CSR and administration duties at Luminous, according to a statement.
Prior to joining Luminous, Gupta was associated with Schneider Electric, where she served as Director of HR and DEI for India and South Asia. Gupta comes with 23 years of experience across different industries. Previously, she worked at WNS Global Services, JP Morgan Chase, Wipro and Infosys Tech.

Gupta is an electrical engineer, and an MBA in HR & IR from IISWBM and holds a certification in Hogan Assessment.
