Mahindra CIE Automotive CEO Hari Krishnan resigns

Mahindra CIE Automotive Limited announced that Hari Krishnan has resigned as CEO of Forgings and Bill Forge Divisions, effective from 1st September, 2021.

According to the exchange filing, Pursuant to regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Mr. Hari Krishnan, Chief Executive Officer – Forgings and Bill Forge Divisions and a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, has tendered his resignation effective from 1st September 2021.

Hari, graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Birla Institute of Science and Technology, Pilani, Rajasthan, has over three decades of experience in the automobile sector. 

Mahindra CIE Automotive Limited (Mahindra CIE or MCIE) is a subsidiary of the CIE Automotive Group of Spain and is listed on the BSE Limited (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). MCIE is the CIE Automotive Group’s platform to operate all of it’s automotive components business forging technology worldwide and in South East Asia across all production technologies.
