Mahindra EPC Irrigation Limited, a Mahindra group company, announced that Ashok Sharma has resigned from the role of Managing Director of the company, with effect from August 31, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today, has based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the resignation of Mr. Ashok Sharma (DIN: 02766679) as the “Managing Director” and as a Director of the Company with effect from close of business on 31st August, 2023 as well as his cessation as the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company consequent to his resignation.”
