According to the company’s exchange filing, “This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e. on October 28, 2021, approved the appointment of Mr. Vinay M A as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer with effect from October 28, 2021.”
Vinay M A is a fellow member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India, with over 13 years of diversified experience in the field of corporate and general commercial laws. During this period, he has handled corporate governance matters, complex secretarial and legal transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and advised stakeholders with focus on compliance and integrity, the statement said.
Vinay M A was previously associated with Wipro Limited for over 5.5 years and has worked with Landmark Group and Subex Limited in the past. Vinay M A is also a qualified lawyer and holds a master’s degree in Business Laws.
