mediasmart , the programmatic mobile platform (part of Affle), announced the expansion of its leadership team in Latin America and Asia with the appointment of senior business leaders to drive the growth of platform in all regions.
With extensive knowledge of Latin America’s cultural and commercial environments, Edvaldo Acir lino Silva joins mediasmart as Director Latam. Edvaldo has more than 20 years of experience; most recently he was Director of Sales (LatAm) at Integral Ad Science (IAS). Prior to IAS, he was Director of Sales and Business Development for Rocketfuel in Latin America. Edvaldo has extensive experience in the digital advertising industry and has led sales, operations and account management teams, working with Fortune 500 companies to drive business growth in the region. He is a prominent speaker at industry events, and was also the chairman of the Adtech and Data Committee at IAB Brasil.
In addition to this important appointment, Mediasmart announced another appointment, that of Nikhil Kumar, who joined as Senior Director of Business Development in India and Southeast Asia.
These new additions to the team are expected to accelerate the growth of mediasmart in fast-growing programmatic markets worldwide, the statement said.

These additions come shortly after mediasmart announced the launch of its audience segmentation and home synchronization technology on CTV, along with some key partnerships, such as the one established with IPG Mediabrands in Indonesia.
