MindTree Limited, a global IT and Product Engineering Services Company, has appointed Ravi Shankar as Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer and Greg Blount as Senior Vice President & Head of US Strategic Accounts.

Ravi brings over three decades of HR experience to MindTree. He previously served as Senior Vice President – Human Resources at HCL Technologies and has held several senior positions in companies such as Deutsche Software Limited and Lister Technologies. An alumnus of XLRI, Ravi is an Executive Coach at Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
Greg Blount joins MindTree from TPI, where he was a Partner in their Sourcing Strategy Practice and was responsible for driving their applications and IT Strategy engagements. At TPI, Greg delivered strategic sourcing engagements that drove more than $2B in client value. Prior to TPI, Greg held numerous positions at several outsourcing and IT consultancies including EDS, BSG and Springbow Solutions. Greg has co-authored a book titled ‘Offshore Ready: Strategies to Plan and Profit from Offshore IT-Enabled Services’.
