Cloud services company, Minfy Tech, announced the appointment of Vikram Manchanda as CEO.
In 2015, Manchanda founded AWS public sector business by enabling AWS’s entry into Indian market, according to a statement. His focus included customers, partners and startups in government, education, healthcare, BFSI and energy segments, it added.
As the Country Head of the India and South Asia business, his direction enabled AWS to become one of the leader among the cloud providers focused on the government cloud market.
In his last role at AWS as the Digital Transformation Leader in the global team, he was responsible for the adoption of India’s cloud-based innovative solutions in the international markets.
Before AWS, Manchanda performed various leadership roles at Microsoft, where he spent 10 years. As the cloud leader, he was responsible for the Microsoft Azure cloud launch in India.

Manchanda holds an MBA degree in Finance from S P Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai.
