Motilal Oswal Private Equity has appointed Saptarshi Bhattacharya as its Executive Group Vice President and Chief People Officer, according to ETHRWorld report.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Executive Group Vice President & Chief People Officer at Motilal Oswal Private Equity,” Bhattacharya shared in a LinkedIn post.
Bhattacharya comes with 16 years of experience in different facets of HR such as talent acquisition, shared services, HRBP, HR analytics and employee benefits. Prior to joining Motilal Oswal Private Equity, Bhattacharya was associated with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance as the Head of Talent Acquisition.
Bhattacharya holds an MBA in Human Resources from Army Institute of Management, Kolkata.
