In its communication to stock exchanges on Wednesday, Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd, has communicated that N Krishnan has resigned as the Managing Director of the company. He would also be moving out as a Director of the board. The board has accepted his resignation, and he would be relived from his duties by end of this month. He had been appointed as the MD of the company in 2010.
N. Krishnan, B.Com, FCA has earlier been with the company as Chief Financial Officer of Deccan Chronicle Holdings Limited and has been its Managing Director since May 2010. He has been Executive Director of Deccan Chronicle Holdings Limited since January 2009. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having more than 25 years of experience in the fields of taxation, accounts, audit, finance and general corporate management.
Deccan Chronicle Holdings Limited (DCHL) is the publisher leading news paper of South India – ‘Deccan Chronicle’. The company also publishes , Asian Age, Financial Chronicle, and Andhra Bhoomi.
