Natco Pharma Limited has announced the appointment of Chekuri Venkat Ramesh as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, effective April 1, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “the Company has appointed CS Chekuri Venk at Ramesh (Ch. Venkat Ramesh) member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi with Membership Number A 41964 as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 1st April, 2022.”
CS Chekuri Venkat Ramesh is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with Membership Number A 41964 and holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce (Honors) from Gangadhar Meher Autonomous College, Sambalpur, Odisha.
He has more than 6 years of post-qualification experience which includes experience with NATCO Pharma Limited as Assistant Company Secretary for the past two and half years and worked with Rain Group, Hyderabad prior to joining NATCO Pharma Limited.
