Yellow.ai, a next-gen total experience (TX) automation platform, announced that it has appointed Neeru Mehta as its first Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
The appointment comes on the heels of the company announcing its aggressive plans to expand globally and hire talent across verticals, a statement said.
In her new role, Mehta will be tasked with strengthening the employer branding strategy and people culture at Yellow.ai, especially for new regions and bolstering the leadership team that has grown by 50 per cent across markets in the last two quarters, according to a statement.
With Neeru Mehta joining as CHRO, Yellow.ai will ramp up its hiring plans with a clear goal of replicating its people first culture across the new markets that the company is expanding into, including Southeast Asia, the US, the Middle East, and Latin America, as per the statement.
Neeru Mehta joins Yellow.ai with 22 years of experience across diverse roles, including Human Resources, Consulting, Project Management and philanthropy. She is also a certified coach in leadership and transition coaching. Prior to joining Yellow.ai, Mehta was Senior Vice President and Global Head – Organisation Effectiveness at GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company. She also led the CSR initiatives at GlobalLogic. She has also carried out senior leadership roles at HCL Technologies and Birlasoft.
