Newgen Software Technologies Limited announced the appointment of Tarun Nandwani as Chief Operating Officer, effective 01st September, 2021.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 1st September, 2021, has promoted and designated Mr. Tarun Nandwani as a Chief Operating Officer (COO), a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 1st September, 2021.”
Tarun Nandwani has started his career with Newgen as Software Engineer in Software Application Development and delivery in July 1993. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Delhi Institute of Technology, Delhi University. He is responsible for implementation of Newgen products and solutions across industry segments, improving implementation processes, systems, policies, talent management and leadership development with a focus on customer relationship management, delivery management and development centre management, the company said in its statement.
Over the years, his has perfected skills in customer relationship management, complex problem solving, negotiations, practical thinking analytics, commercial management, and smart transactional handling. All these skills strengthen his entrepreneurial acumen, it added.
