National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) announced the appointment of Hira Nand, Executive Director (Finance & Accounts) as Chief Financial Officer of the company, with effect from May 24, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. 2015, we are pleased to inform you that Shri Hira Nand, Executive Director (Finance and Accounts) have been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and KMP of the Company w.e.f. 24.05.2022.”
Hira Nand is Cost and Management Accountant by profession. He is also a Law graduate from Bhopal University. Prior to his appointment as Executive Director (Finance & Accounts) in NFL, he was holding position of ED (F&A) at Ramagundam Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited. Earlier, he has also worked with ONGC Petro addtions Limited (OPaL), KRIBHCO and Model Economic Township Ltd. (a wholly owned company by Reliance Industries Ltd .).
He has a rich experience of more than 30 years. He worked in areas of Corporate Finance & Treasury in mobilization of funds from market including forex risk management, capital & revenue budgeting, accounts and taxation, fertilizer pricing related regulatory matters etc, the statement said.
