According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. intimation is hereby given for appointment of Mr. Nipun Soni as VP- Manufacturing of the Company w.e f. December 01,2021.”
Nipun Soni is a Chemical Engineer from Gujarat University, Nadiad. He is an established professional having diversified and rich experience of more than 30 years. His immediate past assignment was with Huntsman lnternational lndia (p) Limited, Mumbai as Global Engineering Director. He was associated with companies like Gulbrandsen, Bantrel co., Toronto, Plasco Energy Group lnc., Ottawa, Apotex Pharmachem lnc., Brantford and many others, the statement said.
Diamines and Chemicals Ltd is engaged in the manufacture and sale of Ethyleneamines. They operate in two business segments namely speciality chemicals and power generation.
